PAYMENT METHODS

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover, Paypal and American Express.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We gladly accept purchase orders from qualified institutions. They must be signed, and include a contact name, street address, phone number and be printed on official letterhead.

Email purchase orders to customerservice@creativetherapystore.com, or fax to us at 800-262-1886. Purchase orders can be placed online through our website but we still require a signed copy of the Purchase Order to be emailed or faxed to us before we can fill the order. Please include your online order number to avoid placing duplicate orders.

PLEASE INCLUDE A CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS WITH YOUR PURCHASE ORDER SO THAT WE MAY SEND A CONFIRMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED, AS WELL AS TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE THE ORDER SHIPS.

Please include shipping and handling costs: Flat rate shipping is $6.95. For special shipping needs, please contact us directly.

All terms are Net 30. If your Accounts Payable department would prefer to be billed electronically, please include that email address on your purchase order.



SHIPPING AND HANDLING

What method of shipping is used?

UPS and USPS.

What are your shipping and handling charges?

Standard and Expedited Shipping Options are available within the Continental U.S. The costs for all available shipping options in your area are calculated and provided during the Check-out process before you finalize your order. Shipping costs are based on weight, delivery address and the selected carrier service rates.

Orders placed Monday through Friday BEFORE 12PM EST (noon) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12PM EST (noon) and orders placed over the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped out the following business day.

You may also obtain a shipping quote online by adding your desired items to the shopping cart and using the "Calculate Shipping" function in the Shopping Cart screen to display the shipping costs of all delivery options available for your area.

International Orders are processed and shipped with one of our partners; Webinterpret or GlobalShopEx. Your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the International Check-out process before you finalize your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Items are generally shipped within 1 or 2 business days after we receive your order. Delivery, depending on distance from Long Island, NY, takes from 2 to 7 business days.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping is available for US shipments. Simply select the delivery speed you would like from the shipping options on the View Cart page. Note: Orders placed Monday through Friday BEFORE 12PM EST (noon) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12PM EST (noon) and orders placed over the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped out the following business day.

    RETURN POLICY

    What is your return policy?

    If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased, you may return it in salable condition within 90 days of the invoice date, and we will promptly refund the cost of the materials returned. Before returning any item, please call our Customer Service Department 1-844-763-0207 to insure your account is credited properly. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.



    SALES TAX

    Why do customers in New York and Texas have to pay sales tax?

    The Department of Taxation & Finance requires that we charge sales tax to New Yorkers and Texans (on mail, telephone, and online orders) because CTS ships from New York State and has Customer service offices in Texas. Sales tax is calculated on the total cost of the materials purchased, including shipping and handling charges.

    GENERAL FAQs

    How do I know if a particular game is what I need?

    1. Check out the product description on our web site. Important details like the age range and composition of the product are listed there. Select products also have a tab showing Game Card Samples!
    2. Give us a call! We'd be happy to answer any of your questions about the therapeutic games, books, and toys on our website. We can always pull products off the shelf and answer even your most specific questions.
    3. Take advantage of our 90-day return policy. Purchase the game, look it over, and return it if it's not appropriate for your group.

    I've developed a game that I'd like to get published. Can I submit it to The Creative Therapy Store?

    We review new products on a regular basis, and would be happy to consider yours for publication. Although we cannot be responsible for unsolicited manuscripts and games, we will consider any item submitted. Please direct queries and submissions to:
