Take the Developmental CheckUp 3 online!
The Developmental Check-Up is the easiest way to communicate a child's developmental needs to the parent—and to enlist the parent's help in meeting them. It lets parents see for themselves where their child stands in five developmental areas: Physical Skills, Self-Help Skills, Social Skills, Learning Skills, and Communication Skills.
Based on a pediatric evaluation used in hospitals for more than 20 years, the Developmental Check-Up is appropriate for children from birth to 8 years of age. It's completed by the parent—so it takes none of the therapist's or teacher's time. And it's only $9.95 per child—so inexpensive that parents feel it's well worth the cost.
Here's how it works:
- We send you the Developmental Check-Up questionnaires and answer sheets.
- You give a questionnaire to each child's mother or father, who completes it at home, answering simple yes-or-no questions about the child. Then you mail the completed answer sheets to WPS for computer scoring.
- Within 8 hours after we receive your answer sheets, we send you a complete, written evaluation of each child—including a list of individualized activities that parents can work on at home to help the child acquire or strengthen poorly developed skills.
The Developmental Checkup includes Questionnaire, Answer Sheet and Computer Report.
