Baby Smarts

Teenage girls are often faced with confusing and conflicting information about sexuality and parenting. Baby Smarts gives them the opportunity to discuss sex and its consequences, including: facts versus myths about pregnancy, the female reproductive system, sexually transmitted diseases, health, safe-sex practices, and the consequences of unsafe sexual behavior. Above all, it introduces them to the various responsibilities of parenthood.
 
Informative and thought-provoking, this game gives teenage girls the information they need in order to make good decisions about sex and parenting. We recommend that Baby Smarts be played with a facilitator (a therapist or parent comfortable discussing issues related to sex).
