Items are generally shipped within 1 or 2 business days after we receive your order. Delivery, depending on distance from Los Angeles, takes from 2 to 10 business days.

Yes! Expedited shipping is available for US shipments. Simply select the delivery speed you would like from the shipping options on the View Cart page.

Yes! Please call us at 800-648-8857 or email us at help@creativetherapystore.com to place an order shipping to a Military APO/FPO address. These orders cannot be processed online because UPS does not ship to these addresses but we will happily arrange an alternate shipping method to get your order to you. Please note we cannot ship ADOS or SIPT kits to APO/FPO addresses.

Customs charges and duties may be applied to a shipment when it enters a foreign country. These charges are determined by the country's government and are collected by the package courier upon delivery of goods. The carrier, acting as customs broker, may also charge a processing fee that you are responsible for paying. The Creative Therapy Store plays no role in assigning or collecting these duties.

Every month the Creative Therapy Store offers a weeklong Web Special. Look in your Creative Therapy Store calendar or on the Home page to find out when these Specials are in effect.

Each special will run for 7 days and end at 12:00 midnight PST on the final day.

To take advantage of these Web Specials, simply add the featured product to your cart, and the appropriate discount will automatically be applied. You will see the discounted price as you check out. If the Special is for an entire category of products, all items in that category are eligible for the discount.

The Web special is valid only online. You cannot mail, fax, or call to receive the discount.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased, you may return it in salable condition within 90 days of the invoice date, and we will promptly refund the cost of the materials returned. Before returning any item, please call our Customer Service Department 800-648-8857 to insure your account is credited properly. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The State Board of Equalization requires that we charge sales tax to Californians (on mail, telephone, and online orders) because WPS has offices in California. Sales tax is calculated on the total cost of the materials purchased, including shipping and handling charges.

Other Prizes for Art:
$50 to each of 13 additional winning artists plus a $100 CTS gift certificate to each winner's school.

Students between the ages of 6 and 18 are eligible to enter the art contest through a teacher or counselor. (We encourage teachers and counselors to use the art contest as a group project or individual activity. NOTE: All entries must be submitted by a teacher or counselor, acting on the student's behalf.)

All entries must be received by March 1.
